Disclosure Policy

Disclosure Basic Attitude

NEC Capital Solutions Limited ("the Company") will observe fair and timely disclosure of important information regarding the Company so that its shareholders and investors may understand and maintain realistic expectations of the Company.

Disclosure Standards

(1) Disclosure Required by Laws

As to the important information required to be disclosed under the timely disclosure rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the Company will disclose it through registration with the timely disclosure circulation system of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TDnet). Subsequent to the TDnet registration, the Company will release such information to the press and post on its website timely.

(2) Voluntary Disclosure

As to the information deemed useful to its shareholders and investors but not falling within that specified in (1) above, the Company will actively disclose it to them through press release and posting to its website.

(3) Face to Face Disclosure

At the time of meeting with its shareholders and investors and at their request the Company will not disclose the information which is not disclosed under (1) and (2) above at that time.

Materials and answers released by the Company with respect to the plans, strategies and forecasts are forward-looking statements involving risks and uncertainties.
Actual results could differ materially from such forward-looking statements due to several factors.
The Company will not endorse any comments or forecasts by any third parties.

Quiet Period

To prevent unauthorized disclosure of financial information and ensure fair disclosure, the Company designates the period from the day after the account day to the date of announcement of its financial results as the Quiet period. During this period, the Company will neither comment upon nor respond to queries concerning its financial results. The Company appreciates shareholders' and investors' forbearance during this period.
However, if during the Quiet Period an apparent discrepancy between the financial results forecast attained and the announced financial results forecast should exceed a reasonable difference, we will timely release revised financial results.
